HELLO MY FRIEND!!

Hope you are doing so so well!! I’m emailing you now that I have finally thawed out from my trip to the Windy City (aka beautiful Chicagoooo) where I spent the weekend with some buddies and hit up the Bears game on Sunday. As luck would have it, we broke a new Soldier Field record….but maybe not in the way we’d hoped. Sunday was the single most coldest game in the entire history of Soldier Field football games….how did Maggie and her friends survive when their beverages froze the second they opened them (lol there are some funny Tiktoks about this actually—no one in the stadium was able to drink their drinks without them instantly being turned into slushies)??? The world may never know….

Funnily enough, my newsletter host has informed me in their 2025 Wrapped (yes, newsletter hosts also do year end “Wraps” just like the music streaming platform Spotify ha!) that my newsletter is big enough to populate an entire Martha’s Vineyard Ferry….okay, so when are we all going??? Beeler Con 2026 in Martha’s Vineyard??? Who’s in??? 🛥 👀 (For real though….how fun would this be?? Tropetails drinks for all, fun shared over love for the world of Sacred??? Ah! I can see it clearly!!!)

I’ve been making fun progress on my little cozy, low-stakes post office fantasy adventure in the world of Sacred (if you missed my last newsletter talking about this, circle back! It’s a fun project). I even have a writing buddy I do sprints with every night to hold each other accountable for making progress in our writing projects. I have more snippets to share with you about this story, but here is my favorite recently:

““Hundreds of letters will fall through that very slot each day. You might start to think to yourself, when will it stop? It doesn’t! And that, you must come to terms with. This is not just some gig to hold a place for a dream. This is the dream, and many creatures would fight to have such a special opportunity to work here.”

I couldn’t help but think about the job board and how, beside my name, there was only one other applicant–Lil–who happened to also be in the same room, likely thinking the same exact thoughts as I.”

I received the finalized audio files from my amazingly talented narrator, Alice Combs, yesterday—meaning that the first ever audiobook for Sacred Book 1: Eslura’s Calling (and my first audiobook ever) IS DONE!!! I am whipping up some fun stuff with the audiobook, but hoping to have it available to everyone in Q1 of 2026 (likely earlier)…there may even be a limited edition small run of a custom cassette (with a USB…cause who has a cassette player anymore lol…do you???) for the audiobook too 👀 I am working on the production of that NOW…so stay tuned!!! BIG THINGS COMING!!

Oh…..and speaking of big news….

BABOOM!!! I am holding them for the first time ever!! My Tropetails: Instant Cheers bags arrived to me to hold for the first time from my manufacturer. I am beyond pleased with the quality and have given the green light for the full scale production to begin!! The beginning of a crazy adventure is coming SOON! I anticipate I will have all 1500 initial units on hand by beginning of Feb at the latest…it’s a very exciting time and I cannot be more grateful to have you here with me for it all 💕 thank you AGAIN, from the bottom of my powder filled heart 🍹
